For 28 years, Sotiris Karagiannis has been helping people develop their personal and professional skills in areas like Communication and Presentation Skills, Leadership, Sales and Customer Service, Organizational Culture Change, Negotiations and Strategic Management. He has been working with some of the biggest companies in the pharmaceutical industry, FMCG, IT, hotel and leisure services across Europe and the US. He managed the Greek franchise of the renowned company Dale Carnegie Training where he developed his people-centred skills. He is also a certified trainer of the Drive workshop, which helps organizations increase employee engagement levels, reduce turnover and increase productivity. Sotiris engages people through interactive and customized workshops that aim at helping them apply their strengths in full.

Panagiotis Karagiannis is a final year Trainee Counselling Psychologist attending the Professional Doctorate in Counselling Psychology at City, University of London. Panagiotis has experience working in many settings both in Greece and the UK. He has worked for the Hellenic Bipolar Association (bipolarlab.com), National Health Service Wandsworth IAPT services (UK), Counselling in Education and Services (GR), National Problem Gambling Clinic (UK) and holds his private practice.
Believing that there is no single solution to all problems and that every person is unique, Panagiotis employs a variety of psychotherapeutic techniques which are drawn from different modalities. His aim is to adapt to his clients' needs while embracing a holistic approach to their difficulties whether these are emotional, cognitive or behavioural.
Panagiotis creates a safe environment for his clients to explore and grow and make the change that they want in their lives.
Coach, Trainee Counselling Psychologist
Ilia Galouzidi is a Coach and a Trainee Counselling Psychologist from the New School of Psychotherapy and Counselling in London and a Clinical Neuroscientist from University College London. Ilia has gained her clinical experience in her two-year internship at the A’ Psychiatric Clinic of Athens (Greece) where she worked with patients suffering from depression, eating disorders and psychosis. Furthermore, during her work as a Research Assistant at the Clinical Psychology Department (UCL), she has worked with post-stroke patients in the acute and rehabilitation wards.
Being trained on the Existential approach in Psychotherapy, she supports the ability of people to choose who they want to be, to be authentic and find the meaning they are looking for in their lives. In addition, her understanding of the human brain allows her to promote the uniqueness and potential of the human nature.
Ilia’s work is based on the creation of a safe space for clients to share their experiences and explore their emotions, values and beliefs that shape their world and psyche.
